Adam Pugh is one of the founding partners of Cagle Pugh. Mr. Pugh concentrates his law practice on community associations, including condominium, subdivision, and commercial properties.  With more than 15 years serving the HOA industry, he has represented associations in matters involving disparate impact claims by homeowners and tenants, collection of past due assessments, and successfully enforced deed restrictions. Mr. Pugh has litigated cases before appellate courts that ultimately affect the way associations all over the state are allowed to enforce their covenants.

In addition to representing associations, Mr. Pugh conducts continuing education classes regularly to community association management staff and board members.  These sessions involve all legal aspects of the day-to-day operation of a community.  Aside from the catalogue of prepared curriculum, he also makes himself available when communities or companies need in-depth education on specific topics directly relating to activities in their communities.

Adam Pugh has been a resource for media outlets regarding a variety of articles pertaining to associations and real estate in Texas.  He has appeared on MySanAntonio.com and CNN.
