Greg is a dedicated attorney focusing on the representation of homeowners associations, condominium associations, and property owners’ associations throughout Texas. With a strong command of community association law, Greg provides practical, results-driven counsel to boards of directors and property managers navigating the complex legal landscape of association governance.
Greg regularly advises clients on a wide range of matters, including covenant interpretation and enforcement, assessment collection, deed restriction violations, governance and compliance issues, contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
